JoJo’s needs a good honest cook, who’s willing to learn and has great enthusiasm for food.

You need to have had some experience in a busy kitchen and possess a large dose of common sense. The hours are from Wednesday to Sunday, no split shifts, with Sunday night and all Monday and Tuesday off. This is a great opportunity for the right person to work in a successful and busy restaurant and who is willing to learn many new skills as we make almost everything in-house… from prepping fresh fish straight off the boat, to cooking pigs heads and making bread. You will learn it all.

Our kitchen is very busy. The work (and training) will be challenging and our standards are extremely high. However for the right person this is a chance to work in a high-tempo kitchen and to be a part of a successful team.
